Method
- Open all of the cans of salmon and drain them of the liquid.
- Crack the eggs and lightly beat them in a separate bowl.
- Add all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix with a fork or spatula.
- Preheat a frying pan and add cooking oil. I use ghee.
- Form the mixture into 3 inch diameter x 1/2" thick patties. I wear gloves to form them with my hands.
- Pan fry on each side for about 5 minutes or until browned on each side.
